Transalloys has aligned itself with the recommendations of the fourth edition of the King Report on Corporate Governance. Our code of ethics sets out the highest standards of integrity and provides a set of guidelines for managers and employees on how they should conduct themselves.
The code and its standards relate to, among others, human rights, safety, health and the environment as well as our involvement with suppliers and customers.
Whistle-blowing
Transalloys subscribes to a secure, independently-managed whistle-blowing facility known as Vuvuzela. Internal and external parties are encouraged to report inappropriate or unethical practices while being guaranteed anonymity.
